As a licensed Real Estate Agent, Rushelle’s approach to the real estate market over the last 15 years is so much more than just buying or selling a home. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and understands it is one of the biggest decisions her clients will make.
 
Rushelle was born in El Segundo and moved to Hawaii at 9 years old. Growing up, influenced by the island culture, she has developed a strong sense of ohana (family) that is the foundation upon which her business is built. Rushelle worked as a buyer for the Nordstrom’s shoe division for 14 years, and her desire to deliver superior customer service began. Currently living in South Redondo with her husband, and their blended family of 5 children and 3 dogs. She is passionate about supporting animal rescue organizations and enjoying time with her family.
 
As Director of Operations for Palm Realty Boutique, she has dedicated her time to supporting over 100 agents for the last seven years, while still maintaining her commitment to her own clients, and keeping current on the South Bay real estate market. Her goal is to connect with people and find out what it is they want from their home, and then find a home that fulfills all of their hopes, dreams and goals. She prides herself on building life-long relationships with her clients and will be there by your side to provide knowledgeable guidance every step of the way, from beginning to end.
